What You Will Be Doing

This is a full-time direct hire role where you will be managing the process between land acquisition and vertical homebuilding construction.

-Manage due diligence process - create schedule, prepare site development budgets
-Create site plan, landscape plans, and map of tracts
-Gain approvals needed from state and federal
-Work with engineering consultants to ensure plans meet expectations
-Create bid documents, collect bids and select bid winner
-Manage budget for communities including forward planning, permits, and land development
-Ensure submittal of community documents - CCR&Rs, budget, etc

What You Need for this Position

-3+ years in a similar role involving entitlement and land development with single family homes
-Degree preferred but not required
