Farmers Insurance Silvia Bravo Agency is seeking a passionate, bilingual self-driven, person with a desire to make a difference in people's lives as well as their own! Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a full time Licensed Customer Service Sales Representative position. At our agency you will build and develop client relationships within the Mesa County communities that we serve by promoting our products and the superior customer service of our agency. We then support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As a Licensed Customer Service Sales Representative you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of our office as well as grow your own earning potential! Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.

Bilingual Spanish is required .
