InfraHire is looking for a Trial Attorney in Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area

seeking an experienced attorney to join our team in Austin, TX. At Just Well, we protect sick families from the companies and governments that made them sick. Just Well focuses primarily on toxic exposure (clean air and clean water) and has an active docket in Texas and around the country.

We are building a new and different kind of personal injury firm. Our founder, Kristina Baehr, built the firm she couldn't find for her own family after they lost their home to toxic mold. We are compassionate and client oriented, and we focus on health and financial recovery. In addition to our toxic exposure cases in Texas, we currently represent over 7,500 clients in an FTCA case against the Navy for the contamination of the drinking water in Hawaii.

Our new Austin attorney will focus exclusively on toxic exposure cases in Texas. They will have a six-figure base salary and an industry leading contingent-fee sharing compensation. There will be no compensation caps, and successful candidates will have a large upside.

We offer a hybrid work from home model, with an office in a quaint and relaxing atmosphere near downtown Austin. We are looking for an attorney who can own their responsibilities, while also receiving expert legal guidance, paralegal support and training through the firm.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a docket of firm cases + the cases the attorney originates.
• Develop and implement ideas for marketing, including content for online/print ads, host and attend compelling events to broaden the Austin network, and convert potential referral sources into referral partners.
• Discuss potential cases with clients referred from our intake team to evaluate whether they have a viable case that fits with our mission statement and convert the lead into a firm client, which may require calls and in person meetings to establish trust and rapport with the potential client.
• Provide legal advice directly to the clients and help them navigate the claims and legal process of a personal injury case.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on legal developments in personal injury related fields.
• Craft legal strategy in response to litigation and supervising all litigation activities.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of experience as a licensed, practicing attorney
• Organized, self-starter
• Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives
• Excellent judgement and analytical skills
• First class interpersonal and communication skills
• J.D. degree
• Member in good standing of their respective state bar
