Position: Inside Sales Renewals Specialist Location: Remote EDCi provides infrastructure and call center technology services and solutions to clients throughout the United States. Through our partnership and certifications with leading technology providers including Citrix, Cisco, Genesys, IBM and Microsoft, our customers receive the highest quality of product and service the industry has to offer.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Renewals Specialist to oversee the renewal process of EDCi’s contracts and subscriptions related to data center and cloud solutions. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Renewals Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on reviewing existing contracts and identifying upsell opportunities within our client base. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely renewals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Renewal Management - Proactively manage and renew existing customer contracts, ensuring on-time subscription renewals and invoicing
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize renewal rates and revenue
- Responsible for all renewals sales functions renewals
- Responsible for new maintenance renewal quoting
Customer Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contract for customer renewals and subscriptions
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Work closely with sales, account management and technical teams to understand customer business needs, address issues and explore upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Forecasting and Reporting: - Track and analyze renewal metrics, generate forecasts and provide regular reports to Management, identifying opportunities and risk mitigation
PRIMARY/ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business, IT or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software
