Job description

Position: Inside Sales Renewals Specialist
Location: Remote

EDCi provides infrastructure and call center technology services and solutions to clients throughout the United States. Through our partnership and certifications with leading technology providers including Citrix, Cisco, Genesys, IBM and Microsoft, our customers receive the highest quality of product and service the industry has to offer.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Renewals Specialist to oversee the renewal process of EDCi’s contracts and subscriptions related to data center and cloud solutions. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Renewals Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on reviewing existing contracts and identifying upsell opportunities within our client base. The ideal candidate will have good organizational skills and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction through timely renewals.
