Job description
Inspired HomeCare is a young, growing home healthcare company offering Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty services in four states. We are seeking a highly capable, motivated individual with keen attention to detail and a broad range of Human Resources experience.
As our Human Resource and Payroll Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact in the centralized business office for New Hire, Termination, Payroll, and Benefits matters, independently conducting routine functions. You will be directly involved in ensuring accurate and timely compensation to agency personnel.
The Human Resources and Payroll Associate contributes to the design and implementation of new employee onboarding, employee satisfaction programs, HR analytical reporting, and monitoring compliance with compensation and benefits regulations.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop thorough knowledge of the HRIS to maintain accurate employee data
- Ensure timely maintenance of employee benefit selections across multiple platforms
- Participate in payroll review and processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation
- Serve as a resource for HR compliance questions
- Assist in formalization of the organization's Human Resource processes and programs
- Develop and monitor metrics measuring success of our Human Resources initiatives
Key Qualifications:
- Specialized education or nationally recognized certifications in Human Resource Management or similar field
- Three or more years experience working in Human Resources field, with knowledge of Payroll, major Labor and Compensation regulations, Benefits Administration, and Human Resources concepts and strategies
- Ability to think critically, consider options, and present solutions to routine problems
- Excellent computer software skills, including Microsoft Office products, and ability to learn new platforms
- Highly motivated with a desire to perform beyond expectations
- Experience with iSolved People Cloud a plus
