MB Heating & Cooling in Springfield, IL specializes in heating and air conditioning services and is actively looking for a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician . This position is vital to our success by installing residential heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork while providing excellent customer service. Our HVAC installers typically work from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday , with some evenings and weekends as needed. There is also some required on-call as well. This Lead Residential HVAC Installation Technician position comes with a competitive wage of $32 - $42/hour , depending on experience, plus spiffs . QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
NATE certification and boiler experience are preferred, but not required. Are you an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally? Can you work well with a team of HVAC installers and follow all safety protocols? Do you manage your time efficiently? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you reliably follow through on all your tasks? Do you present yourself professionally? If so, you might just be perfect for this position!
