COMPENSATION: Flat rate at $28.00 - $42.00 depending on experience
HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some overtime required
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Universal EPA Certification
- Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to train and supervise others
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to sit, stand, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sure all charges are correct and collect for all work performed per company policy and procedures.
- Arrive at the job site at the scheduled time and location as dispatched.
- Relocate from one job site to another as scheduled.
- Inform and educate customers on additional products and services.
- Perform service and maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
- Report problems with equipment to the Service Dispatcher to expedite parts delivery.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
