Cintas is currently seeking an SAP Developer-Level 3-Middleware/Migration for the SAP Technical team in IT. The SAP Developer-Level 3 will be responsible for: managing a portfolio of information integration / Middleware technologies using PI/PO and BODS; developing middleware applications in SAP PI/PO/BODS environment with the delivery of projects, acquisitions, data transformation and conversions and support minor/major releases; working with business units to gather requirements; identifying, recommending, and implementing complex configuration solutions and implementing full lifecycle configuration with one or more functional areas to meet business needs; advising on system options, risk, cost versus benefits, and impacts on business processes; providing functional leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members in multiple SAP areas; leading the evaluation and design of complex incident correction; and identifying and implementing cross-functional improvement opportunities that are in alignment with the established long-term vision.
