We are searching for a professional like you to hold this key position in the Industrial Petrochemicals Controlling group. Reporting to the Business Controller, you will support the controlling activities for a segment of business within the Industrial Petrochemicals business and serve as manager. You will be responsible for reviewing, consolidating, and reporting total Industrial Petrochemicals financial data. Additionally, you will provide supervision, training, coaching, and career development for direct reports.
This team works with the businesses to measure and evaluate business performance, develop monthly and annual financial forecasts, and annual operational planning and targets. Individuals in this team conduct and lead studies and analysis of business trends and situations which impact the current and/or future of the business.
The team proactively provides guidance, challenges, consults, and partners with the business staff and leadership to enable appropriate financial decision making and value generation. As the manager of this team, you will meet regularly with the Vice President of Industrial Petrochemicals to discuss business performance of the business and its segments.
This is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your ability to make or recommend decisions on complex situations, involving the appropriate people in the analysis, and understand the risks of various scenarios. You will also handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and balance priorities. Additionally, you will exercise your strong initiative and assume responsibility to get all tasks completed accurately and on time.
