Job description
The FastTrack team is looking for individuals that share in the passion to drive business value and customer success using Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft cloud technologies.
TOP Key Skills for this role:
- Azure Active Directory (Hybrid Azure AD)
- Azure Identity Federation
- Deployment of Azure AD Connect
- Network requirements and configurations for M365 deployments
- Deployment understanding of Exchange Hybrid Configuration Wizard
Deployment of Office ProPlus Suite (M365 Apps)
Understating of SCCM and its deployment/management features in relation to Intune and Endpoint Management (i.e. Intune Co-Management)
Solid undertraining of MS Teams and its deployment methodologies
Solid understating of Intune management for mobile devices (Android and iOS) and Windows
Troubleshooting experience with M365
Full understanding different subscription types for M365 and EMS
Experiencing managing customer relationships
Required Qualifications Include:
- Technical proficiency in and learning attitude toward M365 deployment and security
- Customer and Partner Focus: Demonstrated skills and abilities to consistently create an amazingly positive experience for our customers and Partners.
- Cloud competency: Experience articulating to customers why the cloud and Microsoft 365 is a transformational industry change.
- Collaboration: exceptional collaborator on complex multi-faceted programs across multiple groups with varying priorities.
- Proven ability to work virtually.
- Communication Skills Spoken and written English (including technical writing). Demonstrate how to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across customers, partners, senior executives and across organizational boundaries. Ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations.
- Strong technical leadership, relationship building to create, reinforce, motivate and guide the team, customers, and partners
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent's experience.
Experience :
- Technical Consulting experience, or Support experience in a second or third tier role.
Preferred experience:
- Migration experience from Exchange to Exchange Online.
- Implementation of Teams for enterprise environments
- Windows management experiencing with Intune
- IT Consulting experience
