Speech-Language Pathologist - Empower Communication and Transformation at Venza Care-Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center 

Full time and PRN available!

Position: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to patients' needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate speech therapy into overall care plans.
• Provide guidance and support to families, educating them on communication strategies and techniques.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and methodologies in speech therapy.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with diverse age groups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Profound commitment to enhancing the communicative and cognitive well-being of patients.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
