The ideal candidate:

Excels in organized and detail-oriented environments. Enjoys clear systems and is good at meticulous execution. Finds satisfaction in managing operational, logistics, and administrative tasks, applying skills to streamline processes and supports the WTB team efficiently. Eager to learn new tools and jump right in, engaging with the WTB team at all levels.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., logistics, operations, administrative support).
• Familiarity with common office applications like spreadsheets, word processing software, and potentially database management software for data organization and reporting.

About the position:

This position will allow the candidate to be immersed in the daily operations of the company. The candidate needs to be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to see how multiple variables come into play to ensure customer needs are satisfied.

What we need you to get done:

• Chemical Logistics: Understand order fulfillment, from receiving client requests to final deliveries.
• Client Coordination: Manage client communication for blend orders, scheduling deliveries and pickups.
• Blending Operations: Coordinate the blending process of chemicals according to specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality analysis of raw materials and finished blends, ensuring adherence to standards.
• ISO 9000 Certification: Actively contribute to the company's ISO 9000 certification process.
• Compliance Expertise: Become familiar with safety data sheets, shipping regulations, and quality control parameters.
• Documentation: Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely document uploads, invoicing, and accurate bookkeeping.
