Job description

Job Title: MS Dynamics Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced MS Dynamics Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics, particularly focusing on Sales and Service Apps. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and requirements gathering, coupled with technical expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM/365 to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  2. Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization using MS Dynamics.
  3. Configure and customize MS Dynamics Sales and Service Apps to align with business requirements.
  4. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful adoption of MS Dynamics solutions.
  5. Work closely with development teams to implement customizations and integrations as needed.
  6. Perform data analysis and migration activities as part of MS Dynamics implementations and upgrades.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation related to MS Dynamics configurations, processes, and procedures.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in MS Dynamics and provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities to improve business processes.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on MS Dynamics CRM/365.
  3. Strong understanding of MS Dynamics Sales and Service Apps functionality, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
  4. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Certification in MS Dynamics CRM/365 is a plus.
  8. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
