Warehouse Coordinator

Quality Service Company, LLC is a locally owned and operated HVAC company. Chris McDonald started Quality Service Company in 2003 after working with other local HVAC companies for around 10 years. In 2011, Chuck Polk joined in partnership with Chris. Chuck had been working in the HVAC industry for over two decades with local HVAC companies, then as a Trane employee, and then owning his own business. The two merged their companies together under the name, Quality Service Company, LLC.

Pay Scale: up to $20.00 DOE

Benefits: Health Plan, 7 paid holidays per year, PTO, Company paid Life Insurance, and 401k (after 1 year)

Work Hours : Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm; Friday 8:00am-12:00pm

Primary Job Function :

Responsible for ensuring all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled; Managing inventory; Implementing efficient workflows to optimize productivity; Implementing cost saving measures; Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills; Track material returns by job and return to stock; Responsible for all materials, supplies, etc. that leave the shop have been properly filled out on a material sheet; Listing all overstocked items and give to Installation Coordinator for return to vendor; Check and put away stock orders; Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion; and Assist Installers in loading and unloading vans.

Required Qualifications:

• Insurable by Company insurance carrier

• Valid driver's license

• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes

• Follow directions as given, written and verbal

• Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings

• Safe use of ladders

• Comply with all safety rules

• Arrive on time daily

• Dress in workman like manner

• Unloading/stocking supplies and equipment

• Unloading/loading of truck

• Ability to fill out a daily timecard accurately

• Be able to carry 100 pounds unassisted

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
