We are looking for a Summer Chemist intern to form part of our Chemtronics business unit team. Since 1958 Chemtronics has been at the forefront of electronics maintenance and repair. Our product offering has grown from a handful of cleaners to a complete line of ultra-pure solvents, degreasers, swabs, wipes, and repair tools for the electrical, electronics and telecommunications industry

This is a Customer Service and Warehouse Manager position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service and warehouse departments. The manager will design and implement systems for teams to achieve and maintain departmental and company goals. This position will manage a team of 10-15 between the shipping (8), inventory management (1) and customer service (3).
Their duties include communicating department objectives to Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Department Personnel through weekly meetings and/or Ad-Hoc meetings as needed. Work daily with the warehouse and customer service teams to create one systematic team that fluently interacts.
Compiling data to assess their department’s progress and coordinating with upper management to find ways to enhance their customer service/warehouse objectives among their employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Customer Service: ensuring the satisfaction of internal and external customers at all times.
Warehouse: ensure regulatory compliance for the shipping and receiving of all domestic and international product. Maintain an accurate and efficient workflow system for shipping, receiving, and material handling.
Manager: Manage all personnel activities for both teams
