Job description

As a Remote Wellness Travel Professional, you will be responsible for crafting unique wellness travel experiences that promote health, relaxation, and rejuvenation for our clients. Working remotely, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their wellness goals, preferences, and interests, curating customized itineraries and providing expert guidance to enhance their well-being journey. This role offers the opportunity to work from home or any other remote location, contributing to the health and happiness of our clients from afar.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their wellness goals, preferences, and interests, and provide expert guidance and recommendations based on their needs.

2. Wellness Retreat Planning: Design bespoke wellness retreats, spa getaways, and transformative journeys tailored to clients' preferences, incorporating holistic experiences, spa treatments, fitness activities, and mindfulness practices.

3. Destination Research: Stay informed about wellness travel destinations, resorts, spas, and experiences, conducting research to provide clients with up-to-date recommendations and insights.

4. Itinerary Customization: Customize travel itineraries to align with clients' wellness goals and preferences, including accommodations, activities, dining options, and relaxation opportunities.

5. Wellness Activities Coordination: Coordinate wellness activities and experiences, such as yoga classes, meditation sessions, spa treatments, fitness activities, and nature excursions, ensuring a balanced and enriching wellness program for clients.

6. Vendor Management: Liaise with wellness resorts, spas, retreat centers, and wellness practitioners to confirm bookings, arrange special requests, and ensure a seamless and rejuvenating experience for clients.

7. Client Communication: Provide responsive and personalized communication to clients throughout the planning process, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and offering assistance as needed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

8. Budget Management: Develop and manage travel budgets, providing cost-effective solutions and recommendations to maximize value and deliver exceptional wellness experiences within clients' budgetary constraints.

9. Travel Documentation: Assist clients with preparing and organizing travel documentation, including passports, visas, travel insurance, and other necessary documents, and provide guidance on travel requirements and regulations.

10. Client Support: Offer personalized support and assistance to clients before, during, and after their wellness retreats, addressing any issues, concerns, or special requests to ensure a rejuvenating and transformative experience.

Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of wellness travel destinations, resorts, spas, and experiences, with a commitment to staying informed about emerging trends and best practices in the wellness industry preferred but not required. We will train you.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and exceed client expectations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems, reservation platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Customer service-oriented mindset, with a dedication to delivering exceptional service and creating transformative experiences for clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a remote team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying client preferences, time zones, and travel requirements.
• Must be able to work in the U.S.
