Our growing Manhattan office is seeking a Tax Managerfor add to our firm. We are looking for the right individual who is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and career-oriented to join our team!

What you will do:
- Be part of our leadership team that will train and develop staff
- Manage client work and relationships
- Review and/or prepare federal and state corporate & partnership income tax returns
- Review and/or prepare income tax provisions for corporate taxpayers under ASC 740
- Assist with tax consulting and research, state and local, domestic and international matters common to our clients
What you need to bring:
- 5 years of experience preparing federal and state income tax returns
- 1-2 years of income tax return reviewexperience
- CPA license
- CCH Axcess experience preferred
- ProSystem fx Engagement experience preferred
Who we serve:
- Foreign-owned US subsidiaries, typically from German-speaking countries
- Clients in many industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology & fashion
PAY RANGE IN NEW YORK CITY METROPOLITAN AREA
Base Pay Range:$90,000/yr - $130,000/yr
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
