Position Title: Data Entry Assistant
Wage: $19-20
Time: Sunday, Monday, Thursday & Friday, 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Classification: Full-time, Temporary (3-6 months)
Location: On-site in Richmond, CA; on-site in Pinole, CA beginning in 2024
Reports to: Grace Balmediano

Animal Fix Clinic is a non-profit surgery clinic whose core mission is to deliver exemplary care regardless of caretaker finances. We run a robust community cat TNR program, we offer spay/neuter surgery to companion animals on a sliding scale, and we help our community’s animals with major life-saving or life changing surgeries.
Position Summary:
The Data Entry Assistant is a member of the clinic staff. Primary responsibilities enter both medical records and work within our donor database entering information/generating reports and maintaining SOPs . You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, detailed medical records and keeping all donor data updated and easily reportable and accessible.
