Responsibilities
An in training salesperson is truly driven to grow a business at HOM Furniture. They enjoy meeting new people and building relationships based on trust and rapport. Our customers view their salesperson as an inquisitive solution seeker, passionate about creating an ideal solution for their home furnishing needs.
Each in training sales person receives unrivaled training, including:
We focus on exceptional customer experiences, whether virtually via our online digital showroom or inside one of our large, beautiful stores. Each Salesperson in training listens attentively and asks the right questions, then delivers the perfect design solution every time. They love the end result nearly as much as their customers!
In training Salespeople participate in maintaining price cards plus light duty vacuuming and dusting in their assigned areas. Additional responsibilities include administrative duties; for example, managing the phone system, email communications, office supplies and a variety of other customer service oriented tasks. Daily maintenance of HOM Furniture's unique Cookie Shop is a fun assignment and receives overwhelming accolades from our guests.
Education and Experience:
No sales experience required, we will pay to train you!
Have big ticket or design experience? We have opportunities for our professional sales consultant and designer roles to talk to you about
Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED, 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
Basic understanding of computers and Windows operating systems
