Job description

We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to work on Site. This is not a remote position. The ideal candidate will be well organized, detail oriented, with strong analytical skills. Must have at current experience with Quickbooks Desktop and be proficient with Excel.

This position will process payroll for 15 employees and file all tax reports and payments in a timely manner. The Bookkeeper will process AR, AP, credit card payments, and bank deposits. All year-end tax reporting. Answer phones and other task as needed.

Full time position, M-F 8-5 with paid time off.

$16-$25 hour depending on experience.

Requirements

Quickbooks Desktop and Excel recent experience.
