Job Summary
We are seeking an Acquisition Specialist Associate (Home Buying Specialist) to join our growing team. This person must enjoy problem-solving and negotiation. We are looking for someone who is independent, confident, firm, proactive, and comfortable with risk-taking. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done. Folks with a competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team.
Responsibilities
- Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property
- Must be empathetic with homeowners while providing direction
- Conduct site inspections and evaluate the potential for real estate acquisitions
- Create and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Focused on appointments and "Hot Follow Ups"
- Uncover motivations and build value
- Attend networking events
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of market trends and economic factors that may impact real estate acquisitions
- Analysis of investment opportunities
- Available to work after-hours and weekends as needed
Requirements
- A Real Estate license is not required
- Track record of success in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Spanish fluency is highly preferred
- Loves to build rapport with different kinds of people
- Thorough understanding of real estate market trends and economic factors
- Ability to perform detailed financial analysis using Excel and other industry-specific software
- Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Clean background check and driver's license required
- Committed to the long-term growth of yourself and the company
