Job Overview

The Manufacturing Operator will properly operate solid dose manufacturing equipment to perform production of drug products. Personnel in this position will operate manufacturing processing equipment by following standard operations procedures and batch records in accordance with FDA cGMPs. The main focus for personnel in this position will be responsible to operate, set-up and break down production equipment, clean production areas and maintain consumable supplies.

Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements

The hiring range in Colorado for this position is $17/hr. -$31/hr.; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data. This hiring range encompasses several levels. This information is provided per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. This position includes a competitive benefits package.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee must regularly stand and bend, and climb;
and is frequently required to sit and walk, crawl, stoop. Employee must frequently use hands to finger,
handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Must be able to talk and hear. Employee must frequently lift
and/or move up to 75 pounds and able to move drums or pallets of up to 2,400 pounds with use of
drum truck, pallet jack, or fork lift. Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision,
distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, and observe color changes.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be occasionally exposed to moving
mechanical parts, high precarious places and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is
usually quiet. The employee may be required to gain access to lab, manufacturing or clinical areas
for inspections or work discussions. The employee is required to wear the appropriate personal
protective equipment to perform the job duties. Such personal protective equipment may include
but is not limited to: safety eyewear, various types of respirators/breathing apparatus, lab coats,
gloves, etc.
