Drop Mobility

Drop Mobility enables sustainable, local, micro-mobility for cities. Fueled by a responsibility to tackle some of our generation’s biggest challenges around climate change and congested city infrastructure, our team works every day to replace short car trips with smaller electric vehicles, with the vision of changing the way millions of people move in cities across the world. We build best-in-class e-bikes, scooters, trikes, etc. and customized software, offering a vertically-integrated micro-mobility sharing solution for our city and institutional partners: system design, hardware and software, ongoing support, public policy, and operations management.

Unlike other micro-mobility companies, we enable our partners to locally brand and operate their systems with the belief that a more tailored approach is better for the communities we serve. We are constantly expanding our line of products including offering new ownership models to make micro-mobility more accessible to more people.

Who we are looking for

Drop is seeking highly motivated and capable individuals to join our Customer Success team. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email and phone, working cross functionally with fleet and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations of micro-mobility systems, and collaborating with the Customer Success Manager to develop internal SOPs and improve support processes. Our customers’ needs vary and our customer base is growing by the day, so we are looking for candidates who are dynamic and up for a challenge in a fast-evolving industry. In exchange for your talents, we offer a fun and dynamic work environment with room for growth within the company and across different business verticals. This is a fully remote part time position. The starting wage is $18/hour with a 32 hour, four day a week work schedule. Start and end times of workday vary by Timezone but will not include overnight hours.
