Job description
Coordinate all document preparation, data collection, storage, and reporting related to faculty evaluations of student learning. Support and maintain web documents and web page information related to faculty evaluation as needed. Maintain software systems related to faculty evaluations of student learning for all course sections. Support assessment related activities across the college.
Supervise and facilitate preparation and distribution of evaluations for teaching faculty for all delivery modalities..
Manage coordination of timing evaluations to align with faculty semester selection for evaluation
Supervise scanning of completed paper evaluation instruments.
Establish and implement methods/mechanisms for evaluation of online sections; collect resulting data.
Structure the content, appearance, and timing of release of faculty reports on their evaluation results.
Analyze evaluation data and prepare reports for administration.
Maintain appropriate evaluation records; maintain con?dentiality of evaluation records and documents.
Research “best practices” and e?cient models for evaluation systems and processes.
Serve as liaison to all departments relating to the faculty evaluation process.
Maintain working knowledge of document preparation for web delivery.
Maintain current knowledge of applicable software.
Collaborate with the Assessment Coordinator on the production, distribution, collection and scanning of assessment instruments requested by faculty and instructional administrators.
Serve as liaison to software and hardware vendors regarding maintenance and upgrade of assessment and evaluation software and hardware.
Supervise production, distribution, and collection of assessment instruments requested by faculty and instructional administrators.
Serve on committees as assigned. May train, hire and supervise part-time staff
Support the development, implementation, and revision of institutional assessment processes as needed.
Perform other duties or participate in special projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
Two years of related experience preferred. Demonstrated project management experience.
