Job description
The PKI Portfolio Lead handles multiple applications, systems, network, and/or telecommunications activities. Manages information systems throughout the organization. May include programming, analysis, networking, data processing, and/or administration responsibilities. Resolves technical problems. Researches and recommends technology. Coordinates information system priorities.
- Providing PKI Portfolio support in the ITIL Service Lifecyle to include expertise in service strategy, service design, service transition, service operation, and continual service improvement.
- Creating joint activities with systems management team through workshops, meetings, and training to share knowledge and promote information exchange with the various systems.
- Propose and implement new ideas to strengthen the PKI portfolio through the distribution of information, formulation of action plans and multi-faceted projects.
- Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the portfolio and creating an improvement plan.
- Providing support for both the legacy system as well as the future solution.
- Must possess one of the following IAM Level III certifications: CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience with PKI in a government contracting environment.
- Expert knowledge of PKI and its role in encrypting and safeguarding customer data and systems.
- Demonstrated success in implementing a PKI portfolio for an end-to-end system.
- Strong communication skills – the ability to translate technical topics to non-technical audiences and the ability to provide analysis of complex issues in easily understood ways. Extensive experience with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are important.
- Ability to influence decision making without being the ultimate decision maker.
