Manquen Vance has an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in our Troy Office. The purpose of the Marketing Specialist is to create sales support processes around our business development efforts.

- Prepare for prospect meetings
- Support and organize presentations for new initiatives.
- Assist in preparing RFP responses.
- Manage the CRM (Zoho) for new leads; and follow up efforts
- Coordinate and planning of events and speaking opportunities
- Eventually Be Able to Speak High-Level around business initiatives
- Excellent relationship building and prospecting skills.
- Ability to support appointment setting.
- Assist with market analysis and identifying top prospects for sales and marketing actions.
- Marketing experience in the Employee Benefits or PBM industry.
- Others duties as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or marketing (or other related field) required.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of sales/marketing experience required.
- 1 to 3 years of sales/marketing experience in group health insurance, ancillary group insurance products or PBM industry preferred.
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in sales support/marketing within a group broker agency (group health insurance) preferred.
- Knowledge of group health and welfare benefits, wellness programs, self -funding techniques, and pharmacy programs preferred.
- Ability to travel periodically for prospect meetings and association events, mostly within the State of Michigan. Most current business accounts are in southeast Michigan.
