Job description
The Arc of the St. Johns, Inc. is looking for a part time Job Coach to work 24 hrs per week providing the following services:
*Supported Employment Coaching
*Job development / job carving in the community
*Main coaching role will be outdoors in all weather - working outside with individuals on an established janitorial team.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business; nursing; education; or a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science. OR an Associate's degree from previously mentioned field and 2 years experience OR experience totaling 4 years in one of the previously mentioned fields. Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass Level 2 background screening. Physical fitness and flexibility required and must be comfortable approaching businesses to discuss and carve employment opportunities.
