Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle alignments with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies
- Test-drive vehicles to diagnose alignment related issues and confirm proper alignment after adjustment
- Operate alignment machine and use tools to adjust alignment
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
- Automotive education, and/or previous experience are ideal
- Strong teamwork skills
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and minimal infractions on driving record for the last 3 years
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Able to stand on your feet at least 8 hours per day
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
