Cetera Systems Data Analyst
Hybrid El Segundo CA; Remote is fine for spot on profile
6 month contract+; should go longer term or convert to FT
Communication, collaboration, super organized are key traits will need evidence of this in previous roles
This role is heavily focused on Data Conversation as part of an acquisition previous experience doing this is important. They are merging HRMS from one company to another look for this.
Woking through lot's of different data streams and being able to gather requirements, document them and interpret them is important in this person experience. Analyzing different systems and documenting how the data flows. Experience working through the connectivity of multiple systems how does the data flow from one to the other? How can it be improved?
This acquisition involves 700 people being moved from Workday to Oracle . Experience doing this would be top priority.
Working on a daily basis with various application owners in multiple areas of the business. But this person is the only analyst on the team and must be senior.
SQL is required.
Python would be useful, not required.
