Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
Assist clients in providing our services and offerings
Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns via email phone and chat
Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention
Contribute to the development of new client relationships and business opportunities
Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction
Communicate with clients via phone email and chat
Provide product and service information to clients
Troubleshoot and resolve client issues
Collaborate with team members to improve client experience
Key Skills Required:
Professional phone and email communication.
