Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Location: Maryland NY (Remote)
Type: Contract (12 Months)

Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:
- Develop and implement scalable and sustainable Salesforce architecture solutions to meet business objectives.

System Integration:
- Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.

Platform Governance:
- Establish and enforce Salesforce platform governance policies ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce development teams ensuring alignment with architectural standards and principles.

Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.

Solution Documentation:
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce solutions including architecture diagrams and data models.

Scalability and Performance Optimization:
- Design and implement scalable solutions while optimizing the performance of existing Salesforce implementations.

Security Compliance:
- Implement and oversee security measures within Salesforce ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Governance and Best Practices:
- Define and implement governance models best practices and coding standards for Salesforce development.

Release Management:
- Lead the release management process ensuring smooth and effective deployments of Salesforce solutions.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and emerging technologies recommending and implementing improvements to enhance Salesforce capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce development with at least 5 years in an architectural role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities limitations and best practices.
- Expertise in system integration data modeling and solution design within Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Apex Lightning Components Visualforce and other Salesforce development technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor development teams.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
