Job description
Spangler Subaru is seeking a Dedicated Service Manager that works directly hands-on with our service team members daily. We are looking for a proven track record and a commitment to customer service at the highest level. The position will oversee the service advisors, parts, and technicians.
$55,000-$75,000 based on skills and experience
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Serving as a liaison between the technicians, customers, other dept managers and Subaru of America
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Manage and train technicians and service advisors
- Schedules, motivates and rewards service team employees
- Handle and resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of previous Service Manager and/or Assistant Service Manager experience
- Strong customer service skills in service and repair
- Proven track record with customer satisfaction
- Ability to train and retain employees
- Process driven
- Demonstrate ability to manager others
- Organized and friendly personality
- Warranty processing knowledge
- Technical automotive knowledge
- Valid driver’s license
Full-time, salary commensurate with skills and experience
Shop Current Schedule: Monday through Saturday 7:30am to 6:00pm, rotation of days off per week
