Job description

Qualifications: Candidate will have 1-2 years of administrative experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal skills (English / Spanish) Lifting to 40 Lbs Working knowledge of MS OFFICE – Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook – are required Piscataway, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Administrative: 3 years (Required) Driver's License (Required) Responsibilities: Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm The Administrative Assistant is responsible for office responsibilities as well as assisting employees in other locations The administrative assistant will serve as backup for Office Manager for the Piscataway location Greet visitors, phones, faxes, meeting set up, and kiosk check-in Temporary employee set up process w/locker, safety shoes, and badge Process mail, Invoices, checks, packages, and FedEx shipments Responsible for the appearance of office areas, showrooms, and supply cages Knowledge of all showroom products and ability to present within the first 30 days Back up for coffee counter organization, sanitizing, and restocking Run errands (Wal-Mart / Dollar Store / Bank/ Post Office) Maintain certificate of insurance tracking, service policy, and contracts Manage group lunch orders Set up new hire stations, packets, and new ID badges Ordering and auditing office / medical supplies / FedEx supplies Locker maintenance / Tracking Assist with maintaining the master key system Refurb program assistance Travel – Amex flights / Hotel / Car Service / Uber transportation and tracking Benefits: Hourly Payrate: $18/H Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
