Position Description

The Assistant Project Manager would be responsible for taking a supporting role in managing small to medium multisite programs and would work alongside other Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Project Budgets with Project Manager for each project in the program
• Plan and schedule Project and Program timelines
• Coordinate multiple vendors across various trades to achieve overall program goals
• Track vendor deliverables across multisite projects
• Coordinate daily activities of the Project Team
• Report and communicate progress of project to Project Stakeholders
• Coordinate project closeout and necessary documentation with vendor and brand
• Track issue resolution/punch list and close out project

Education and Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience coordinating or managing projects
• Experience in Petroleum Equipment Industry or Construction Industry is preferred

Key Competencies:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, namely Outlook, Excel and Project
• Basic mechanical and construction project knowledge
• Process oriented
• Highly self-motivated
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Clear and deliberate communication skills

Other requirements related to this position include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to successfully manage and complete a high volume of work at any given time.
• Successful completion of background and drug screening upon hire.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range for position: $20.00/hour - $26.00/hour
