Our firm specializes in providing a comprehensive suite of compliance services and financial consulting expertise, including Audit and Accounting, Specialized Tax Projects, Merger and Acquisitions, and Business Valuations.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the firm's technical expertise and contributing to its overall success. Key responsibilities include:

Utilize solid technical skills to formulate recommendations and implement solutions to technical issues.
Quickly learn and effectively share new skills to enhance the firm's technical knowledge.
Develop a complete understanding of the firm's philosophy, reports, policies, and procedures, as well as opinions on financial matters.
Promote the efficient operation of the firm through effective staff management and training.
Make informed decisions within the scope of work, considering general economic and political trends, proposed pronouncements, and potential legislation affecting the business climate.
Position may offer a fast-track opportunity to Partnership based on performance.
Qualifications:

CPA certification is required.
Solid technical skills with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
Proven experience in staff management and training.
In-depth knowledge of general economic and political trends, proposed pronouncements, and potential legislation affecting the business climate.
Strong decision-making ability in the course of work.
