About the opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative for our US Chapter. This role is integral to our sales team, focusing on relentlessly pursuing customer that we can help. This role is integral to our sales team, focusing on relentlessly pursuing customer that we can help. This role is pivotal in generating and qualifying leads to fuel our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a sales or related role, possessing a keen ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Who you are

What you will do

· Collaborate cross-functionally with various Digital DirAction teams

· Research and identify potential companies and contacts within our Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Ideal Customer profile. This includes thorough verification of contact information

· Drive initial prospect qualification and schedule discovery meetings for your Account Executive teammates by cold calling and emailing prospective customers

· Learn to follow a well-defined methodology to help identify a customer’s unique needs

· Be an authentic, high EQ representative of the company working on behalf of customers

· Create value and engage prospects via cold calling, emailing and leveraging social tools such as Linkedin

· Meet and exceed monthly goals, quotas and key performance indicators

· Strategize with AEs to create a map of each assigned territory

· Be a hunter, follow up and chase all connections in a timely manner and add value at every customer touchpoint

· Build a robust network with prospects in the territory

· Utilize marketing campaigns, use cases, sales campaigns, thought leadership content and social media postings to garner attention and interest in Digital DirAction’s solutions

· Appointment setting: schedule appointments for AEs to take forward the sales cycle. This requires a seamless handover of all relevant lead information to ensure a smooth transition and continued cultivation of the relationship

At Digital DirAction, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $65,000 and $100,000. The pay range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (OTE), meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions (uncapped)/sales bonuses and annual base salary. This range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
