*Negotiate new restaurant leases, lease renewals and assignments, purchase agreements for land acquisitions, sale-leaseback transactions, title review, purchase closings and other real estate related contracts. *Ensure tenant/landlord compliance with lease obligations, manage and resolve lease and eminent domain issues, and manage outside counsel on real estate litigation matters, as needed. *Draft, review, negotiate and interpret commercial contracts in partnership with General Counsel. $160K - $203K est
