• Ongoing Training (OEM Certification + State Certification)
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Performing work with efficiency and accordance with Serra Ford Farmington Hills and OEM policy
• Quality Control
• 100% Fixed Right First Time
• Test drive vehicle
• Effective communication
• Meets or exceeds established CSI score targets

Qualifications

• Values – integrity, drive, team player
• Ability to learn and follow service process
• Ability to learn and utilize diagnostic tools and special equipment
• Possesses ASE (level 2 or above) or State Technician Certification(s)
• Service experience with import or domestic brands and automotive service-related operations
• Experience in dealership systems
