Position Overview

As the Sales Manager at Sourgum, you will lead the charge in rapidly scaling our national sales operations. Your primary responsibilities include spearheading the development and implementation of effective sales strategies, managing and expanding our sales team, and driving significant revenue growth. You will guide a diverse team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Account Managers (AMs), targeting mid-market to enterprise-level customers across three key service segments.

You’ll play a crucial role in mentoring team members, refining sales processes, and steering our strategic direction. This is a unique opportunity to leave a lasting impact on Sourgum's success and growth, as you navigate the challenges of a rapidly expanding market footprint and engage with various types of stakeholders.
