Overview Position Overview: As a Home Health Occupational Therapist with Butte Home Health, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by providing comprehensive occupational therapy services. Qualifications/Benefits Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths and limitations in daily living activities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Provide hands-on occupational therapy services aimed at enhancing clients' independence in activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and caregivers, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Educate clients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to promote independence and safety.
- Regularly assess and reassess clients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, treatments, and communication with clients and their healthcare team.
- Stay current with advancements in occupational therapy and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications: - Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of and ability to use adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
