Bilingual Team Lead

Bilingual Team Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)

• Motivate and lead the efficient production of the associates within the work cell
• Ensure parts are packaged and labeled according to the approval packaging standard
• Ensure all Operators understand their work instructions
• Verify Operator paperwork is accurate and completed on time
• Float/operate press/work cell as needed

Bilingual Team Lead Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous Team Leader experience in a production environment
• Must be Bilingual and able to communicate effectively in Spanish and  English

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
