Job description
One of the country’s largest public/private sector labor unions, headquartered in Albany, New York is seeking an in-house Staff Attorney.
State and federal court actions, administrative hearings, arbitrations, plus training and advice to union activists and staff. Looking for a motivated, practical attorney with a good work ethic and a desire to help achieve fairness and justice for working people; Labor and employment law experience a plus.

Starting salary ranges from $79,000 to $97,000 and is commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits under a staff collective bargaining agreement, including health, vision, and dental coverage, holidays, generous paid time off, defined pension plan and 401K.
