Sourcing Specialist
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Sourcing Specialist for one of our top clients in either Raynham, MA, West Chester, PA, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, or Warsaw, IN.

Sourcing or supply chain experience Suppliers, NPD workflow
Contracts experience for Supply Agreements
Preferred but not required:
Knowledge of procedures for NPD, Sourcing product code setup , Supply Chain. Windchill
Service and Repair contracts experience
Can be located US Eastern or central time zones.
Will work from office no less than 3 days per week per the policy.
Raynham, West Chester, Warsaw, or Palm Beach Gardens, FL preferred but will consider other offices.
Must use own PC for Amazon Workspaces.
Work with team to coordinate the supply chain launch requirements between three different product development teams located in Switzerland, France, and the US.
Develop and maintain project plan to support on time launch of new product introductions.
Partner with suppliers and sourcing team to track ordering, delivery, and receipt of component stock to support finished good production.
Coordinate procedure creation, updates, implementation, and training requirements in support of the new product introductions.
Schedule and lead weekly supply chain project review meetings.
Track action items and ensure timely completion, communicate and talk with suppliers directly as much as 2 times per week.
Support Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Production, Inventory Control, and Distribution with project management Activities.
Work with project team to track timeline from when an order is placed through delivery.
Assess, evaluate, challenge and validate schedules/timelines
Report out findings Support additional project duties as needed.
5 plus years experience
Degree preferred
