Wage band range $72,0000.00 - $90,000.00 annually. However, starting pay is ultimately determined by the scope of the position, the candidate's relevant experience, and internal equity.

Under the direction of the TBS Program Manager, is responsible for planning and supervising one-to-one therapeutic contact with community-based children referred to Casa Pacifica through Ventura County Behavioral Health or Santa Barbara MISC. The Clinical Supervisor II carries out the mission of Casa Pacifica as it relates to individualized behavioral interventions as needed at a child's home, school, or other community setting. 

CREDENTIALS:LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (illustrated by typical activities):

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Licensed Masters or Doctoral Level Clinician with five to seven years’ experience preferable but not required working with severely emotionally disturbed youths. For Doctoral level a minimum of 2 years post licensure supervisory experience as licensed psychologist.

CREDENTIALS: LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist. Must be eligible for licensure in California.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  Ability to use various computer software.  Knowledge of Title 22, Division licensing requirements. Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Strong human relations skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
