This position is on-site in the Richardson, TX office.
ARGO has a current opening to expand our Product software solution teams. We are looking for
Business Lending Operation Leader candidates
with e xperience in business lending in one of the following: financial services / banking industry / financial services software, software automation, fintech, financial technology, or information technology.

What we are looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related degree
- 5+ years of business lending experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience of full lending life cycle working in the key areas of originations, credit analysis, underwriting, processing, closing and/or servicing
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment, with cross functional teams and at all levels of organizations
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Initiative and desire to learn
- Ability to travel at times
What you will do: - Leverage your lending expertise in a Fintech environment
- Direct product innovation with thought leadership, product strategy and solution definition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams such as Information Technology, Customer Implementation, Sales and Marketing, and Customer Support
- Support ARGO Sales and Marketing
- Assist ARGO customers to maximize solution value
