Superior Ford is located in Plymouth, Minnesota. We are looking to add experienced AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS to our team.

Automotive Techniciain Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately perform quality automotive repair in accordance with dealership’s and factory standards.
- Perform diagnostics, automotive troubleshooting and testing while documenting results of tests performed.
- Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
- Road-test vehicles to verify concerns and confirm quality repair work was completed.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate directly with service advisors and managment on status of service work as well as the estimated time for completion.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Physically able to bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Automotive Technician required Qualifications:
- Two or more years of previous experience as an automotive technician in a professional setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Automotive technical or trade school degree a plus.
- Valid driver license.
- Own your own hand tools and tool box.
- National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as: brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred.
- Ford/Lincoln certified preferred
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- A willingness and drive to "FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME"
