Monday - Friday
1st shift
8AM-5PM
$20- $24/hr depending on experience

Electromechanical assembler day in the life below:
We are seeking an adaptable individual to fill the role of manufacturing of electronic assemblies under microscope. The job involves intricate tasks such as wire bonding, precise soldering and glueing delicate elements, thin wires, tiny electronic components onto silicon chip detectors. This position requires people who can do fine-pinch staff or who is willing to learn precision techniques and who has ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Electromechanical assembler responsibilities below:
Basic Assembly Experience ok
Will be working with microscope.
Knowledge of and willing to work with wire bonding machine.
Perform pin bonds between substrate and product pins.
Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings and work instruction processes.
Use hand tools and items such as fine tipped tweezers, x-acto knives, vacuum devices, dental probes, calipers, scales.
Handle fine pitched microelectronics components such as dies, capacitors, resistors, substrates, hybrids. In addition, handle epoxy and cut performs for the purpose of assembly.
Handle and apply epoxy and solder on densely populated substrate pads without disturbing epoxy on neighboring pads.
Manually place above mentioned components on substrates without disturbing neighboring wet assemblies.
Perform rework- removing epoxy, die and other components from the substrate and applying fresh epoxy and installing new components using the above-mentioned tools, hot plate etc.
Adhere to all ESD and other handling requirements.
Comply with all in-house training as identified in job specific family and or specific training plan.
Able to speak, read and write English.
Base computer knowledge and willingness to utilize in production environment.
EDUCATION, LICENSES, AND/OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
High school Diploma
Additional certifications or vocational training in electronics assembly or advanced soldering are advantageous.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of soldering preferred.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in intricate assembly tasks preferred, with a focus on wire bonding, precise soldering in semiconduction fabrication or related technologies.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability of working under microscope
Basic computer skills and demonstrated ability to learn new systems and understand new technologies.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
