The Mission

The mission of the District Manager is to continue building out our operational processes and to drive the property performance of the Portfolio to achieve increased revenue month over month. With a focus on the financials and budgets, the District Manager will set the performance expectations and assure the FreeUp Storage Property Management team is accountable, trained and engaged. This person should be prepared to travel 60% of the time as this is a growing portfolio. This position will oversee facilities across Texas.

Benefits

Compensation and Benefits: Full-time position, salary range of $75,000 - $85,000. Car allowance or Milage. Bonus opportunities quarterly and annually. Health/dental/vision benefits, 401k, PTO, continuing education reimbursement, and other perks with an all-star team and culture.
