The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching and managing a team of recruiters focused on high-volume recruitment efforts. This role also plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of a University Relations (UR)/early talent recruitment strategy. The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition role will require a combination of strategic, innovative thinking and hands-on execution. The individual in this role must have a proven track record in high-volume talent acquisition, must possess the leadership skills required to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals and objectives, and must have a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
Essential Functions:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume positions, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Orchestrate and conduct recruitment events, on and off-site, to both fill current openings and to continue the development of talent pipelines for future opportunities.
Will also own and manage requisitions related to executive search, confidential search, and other business-critical requisitions as recruiter.
Leverage current practices and relationships to implement a comprehensive University Relations recruitment strategy aligned to the company's objectives and workforce plans.
Partner closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify opportunities for early talent access, and design/execute plans of fulfillment, including participation at university career fairs, seeking opportunities to enhance our employer brand on campus, and in leading internship and related programs within the Company.
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and ensure recruitment efforts are aligned.
Foster relationships with external organizations, associations, and networks to enhance the company's employer brand.
Contribute to the development of the overall talent acquisition strategy and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Implement and optimize recruitment workflows to ensure a positive candidate experience
Partner and collaborate with HR Business Partners, Immigration, Total Rewards, and HR Operations in driving the continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all stages of the recruitment process
Travel to various Amneal worksites in NJ, as well as occasional travel to the Brookhaven, NY facility, will be required
