Belay Technologies is seeking a Entry-Level (SWE1) and Mid-Level (SWE2) Software Engineer (Full Stack Focus) to join our intel team. You will act as full stack developer supporting a large-scale innovative project that involves the design, implementation, deployment, and high-performance tuning of large datasets in graph databases to provide unique and powerful visualizations for customer mission impact. You will work closely with analysts, operators, and other software engineers to build and maintain constantly changing and growing datasets. You will also be responsible for writing efficient graph retrieval and analytic traversal queries that answer key customer questions and surface critical insights. 

Candidates should have the following qualifications:  

• TS/SCI with Full Scope polygraph is required.
• SWE1 : 3 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.  
• SWE2: 8 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S  

Candidates are required to have the following skills:

Responsibilities:  

• Create new datasets to store into an existing platform as well as aide in the development of the angular frontend to create new graph datasets.  
• Build various extract/transform/load services.  
• Work with stakeholders to understand the domain and elicit requirements to form and enhance the overall solution.  
• Collaborate with analysts, operators, dataflow experts, data scientists, and multiple development teams.  

Skills Requirements:  

• Experience with Object Oriented programming languages (Java, C#).  
• Experience with frontend technologies (JS, HTML, CSS, one of Angular/React/Vue).  
• Strong experience with build environment tools such as Gradle or Maven.  
• Service containerization and deployment experience with Docker/Kubernetes.  
• Familiarity with Git.  

Candidates are desired to have the following skills:

• Experience with D3, cytoscape, or other similar interactive visualization libraries.  
• Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j.  
• Experience with modeling data and relationships in graph databases.  
• Expertise in high performance tuning of graph databases.  
• Experience with networking concepts, protocols, and analysis (routers, switches, etc.).  
• Knowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systems.  
• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
